In the middle of the night...
Cпасение coдeлaл еси посреди земли, Боже. Аллилуия.
(Roughly: "Salvation is created in the midst of earth, O God. Alleluia." Earth here being a reference to a tomb or grave.) Tonight, many Christians celebrate the vistory of Jesus over death. While I know that many of my friends do not share my beliefs, let this passage on this night remind all of us who believe in an afterlife (regardless of specifics) of our hope that, when we too have crossed the veil, we again meet our loved ones who have gone before us.
Especially for (but not limited to) Denneal and Pam and all who loved them.
