Tiffany was last seen at home in Raleigh, NC, on Saturday, December 6, 2008. She may be in the company of an older man named “Ryan” or “Brian” that she met on myspace. She also has a black sharpei/pit bull puppy with her.

Thank'ee... the back story behind this is fugly... Tiffany was adopted not all that long ago (by comparison) and still hasn't internalized that her (adoptive) mother loves her, doesn't want to give up on her, and yet needs to be firm with her.

God, that's rough.

It turns out a friend of mine saw a girl begging for "gas money to get south" with a sleek black puppy near Gaithersburg yesterday afternoon. She called the tip into the police, so here's hoping.
