Today's decree

Whoever is responsible for the so-called "design" of the parking lot and garage at the new Fairfax Wegmans is hereby sentenced to a slow and excruciatingly painful death. Preferably involving multiple fruitless attempts to enter, navigate, and escape said parking areas.
