EK Coronation - help!

To those who are going to EK Coronation:

• If it is still possible to get onboard, I'm wondering if other folks who plan to be there are going to be onboard.
• I am also interested in carpooling. I have crash space in Allentown; not sure if folks were daytripping it from PA/NJ or finding hotel/crash nearer the event. (I'm coming up by myself.)
