Song for the day (?)
May. 1st, 2005 03:30 pmOkay... since the original post is showing up only spottily in folks' friends pages, I am reposting it de novo.
I have been exposed to a certain song, which apparently inspires a morbid fascination similar to that evoked by multi-vehicle accidents with lots of twisted metal. The mental song loop keeps recurring, then receding, then popping up again at the oddest moments. Those who are responsible for pointing this song out to me: you know who you are, and I know how to find you. But before vengeance... comes sharing the experience.
ADVANCE WARNING: while the pointed-to page has only text (song lyrics), they are not even remotely work-safe. Especially the last verse (a bit repetitive, that). You have been warned.
With that in mind, click on the link for a song in honor of the day (1 May).
