Crown Tourney on deck...

damontAfter this post I may be offline until Sunday -- I definitely won't be online at all from bedtime tonight till latelate tomorrow.
We'll be trying to drag our tired sorry glutei-maximi out of bed WAAAAAAY too early for a Saturday tomorrow to get to Atlantian Crown Tourney. The site looks to be a 2.5 hour drive away, and if we get there after 9 or so we'll have another 15 minutes for a detour. And the procession to open the tournament is at 10:00. Yes that's right, I said TEN a.m. for an event that lots of folks are daytripping (like us).

killernurd is bringing his sweetie (we get to see what she and her mom have been cooking up for garb), and montuos and I round out the vanful. Note to pedropadrao: I hope to get there in time to help set up Heralds Point, we'll have at least one cell phone on us. Probably won't be there in time to help set up the WW&P merchant booth though.
Side note: I hear that Fabric Dragon will be there tomorrow with another evil sale... must... resist...

Date: 2005-05-08 02:06 pm (UTC)I dithered far too long and missed out on a gray linen I considered, and I'm only getting any of the off-white cot-lin because Devora bought the whole bolt instead of just the dress length she wanted. $X for dress length, $(X+14) for entire bolt. The choice was a no-brainer.
But I did get a bolt of the good green.
