Home again, home again, sloggity slog

This will be my last LJ post until Wednesday night, at which point I hope to be back in the DC FedroSplat (specifically, at the K+T Wednesday Night Gathering a/k/a Warped Wednesday). I'll be on the road pretty much until then, hoping to avoid nasty weather as much as possible. (And wildlife as well -- I bumped a deer on the way up, corner of front bumper meets deer's butt. No apparent damage.)

Home again, home again...

Good to be home. Have a boring trip, but not too boring.

Definitely not too boring! He sleeps on interstates, you know... ;>

Oh, I so needed to know that... :P

Now why do you think he's still alive after all these years of driving interstates? Of course he does! That, and periodically diverting to wretched little cow tracks and pig paths... ;>

I really could have used a far *more* boring trip. And, with all due apologies to [livejournal.com profile] montuos, I actually should've stayed one more night; that would have likely let me avoid most if not all of the problems I encountered.
